Lucais McKay is an NCAA Champion, 6 time All-American, and has made 3 Olympic Trials.  He talks about the transition from being an athlete at Georgia and throwing for OTC to coaching at Southeastern Louisiana.  He also talks about growing up in a throwing household and the lessons he has taken from his father and past coaches.
