Ryan Waite excelled as an athlete (1:46.83 800m) in the BYU track program and now at the age of 26 years old is the Director of Operations.  Waite talks about his early success, who his biggest influences have been, and the importance of surrounding yourself with experienced coaches. Waite was also an assistant coach for the BYU program before being brought on as the D.O.O.
