As the four-time reigning Nike Cross Nationals team champions on the girls side, Coach Aris discusses how to maintain such a high level of success from year to year.  Here, he discusses how he oversees the entire track and running programs of the high school and junior high schools of Fayetteville-Manlius.  He describes what he believes are the "game-changers" that separates his program from others.
